Meet Paul Vedder
Paul Vedder is the kind of leader who'll tell you exactly what he thinks and back it up.
He co-founded VXIT in 2013 with his business partner Craig, and over the past decade has built it from a two-person operation into one of South Florida's go-to IT companies, growing 50 to 100% every year while helping hundreds of business owners scale, pivot, and figure it out. He's sat across the table from founders at every stage. He knows what the journey actually looks like, not the LinkedIn version.
Outside of VXIT, Paul is a husband, a father of two daughters, and an open advocate for mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. He's spoken publicly about his own experience with anxiety, completed 75 Hard, serves on the board of 1909, and has been part of the Palm Beach Tech community since its founding.
